Our Internet Service only over Fiber to Home/Building (FTTH/FTTB) or Fiber to the Neighbourhood (FTTN)Network or LAN.
All Plans are on Pre-Pay basis.
Data Usage includes Download and Upload.
Usage in every session will be measured and recorded in Bytes.
First recharge amount equivalent to the opted plan rental (incl. of tax) would be collected at the time of CAF(Customer Application Form) signing.
All Plans and Services available in specific Location subject to technical feasibility.
Contention ratio for Home broadband is 1:10 & Business broadband plans will be 1:2 respectively.

Internet Service Provider [ISP] reserves the right to modify/ withdraw the Tariff Plans without prior notice.
The Tariff Plans/ Offers are subject to Guidelines/Directions/Orders Issued by TRAI and/or DoT.
Price shown above is exclusive of 18% GST.
A non-refundable One Time Installation charges will be applicable extra at the time of installation.
Dully-filled-in and signed Tariff Selection sheet by the customer is an integral part of the CAF(Customer Application Form).
Download/ Upload speed indicated is speed up to our ISP node. Broadband speed available to the Customer is maximum prescribed speed for which the Customer is entitled and We do not give any assurance that the said speed shall be maintained at all times and the same may vary depending upon the network congestion, technical reason or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Wi-Fi routers or Switches if any required will be solely responsibility of customers. Internal Wiring will be the sole responsible of the specified subscriber.
All Home Broadband Plans are purely for home users only, if found any commercial activities account will be suspend without any prior intimation.
At any time if found the user subscribed home packages & use the same for commercial activities, may tends to suspend or terminate the account without any refund & disclaim all claims related therein.
